We have accepted the Presbyterian Church (USA)’s invitation to become a Matthew 25 campus ministry and are challenging our presbytery and partner churches to do the same. In doing so we are helping the Church become a more relevant presence in the world. We recognize Christ’s urgent call to be a church of action, where God’s love, justice and mercy shine forth and are contagious. And we rejoice how our re-energized faith can join with other Presbyterians for a common and holy purpose: our common identity to do mission. We have made the Matthew 25 commitment to be a ministry actively engaged in the world.

As a next step in that ongoing work, UKirk at Michigan State has launched our UKirk Book Project.  Phase one of that work includes the collection of new and gently used children's books through grade 5 on Saturdays in the month of March.  Click on the Book Project tab above to learn more.
